New patients
Your first visit, step by step
A first visit takes about an hour.
Step 1: Request a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us a good day and how you would like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, we look up your plan and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Your health history and consent forms are in the practice’s own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are there if you prefer.
Step 4: Your exam
Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them and talks through what they found.
Step 5: Your plan, in writing
You leave with a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.
Fill in your new-patient forms
Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice’s own secure portal.

What should I bring?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your last office to send them.
Do I put medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for none. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice’s own secure portal.
Can you get my records from my last dentist?
Yes. Give us your last office’s contact details and we ask for your records, with your written permission, before your first visit.
Ready for a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you, and we will take it from there.
